Poster file requirements
A clean, correctly sized file helps us approve and print your poster faster.

Accepted files
Upload PDF, JPG or PNG files up to 200 MB each. You may add up to 10 different artworks in one order, with a separate size and quantity for each file.
Size and resolution
Design at the final print dimensions whenever possible. For photographic artwork, aim for about 150–300 pixels per inch at final size. Small web images, screenshots and heavily compressed files may look soft when enlarged.
Color and fonts
Export PDFs with fonts embedded or text converted to outlines. Screens emit light, so printed colors may differ from a phone or monitor. Use high-quality source images and avoid critical details that rely on very subtle color differences.
Edges, margins and trimming
Keep important text and logos safely inside the edge. If artwork should print to the edge, extend background colors or images beyond the trim where possible. Custom sizes are cut by hand and may have small production tolerances.
Human file check
We review every paid file before printing and contact you if resolution, sizing or orientation appears wrong. This check does not replace proofreading or design approval, so review all names, dates, numbers and spelling before uploading.
