Privacy policy

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, ZIP code, order details and uploaded artwork. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store complete card numbers on our servers.

We use order information to review files, collect payment, print and deliver products, provide status updates, send receipts, prevent fraud, answer questions and maintain business records. Delivery photos are used as private proof of delivery for the related order.

We use service providers to operate the website and fulfill orders, including Stripe for payments and tax calculation, Railway for application hosting, Cloudflare and object storage services for delivery and file infrastructure, and email delivery providers for transactional messages. Address suggestions may use Google Places when that feature is enabled.

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and actions such as starting checkout and completing a purchase. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive technical information such as device, browser, approximate location and page interactions. We do not intentionally send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses or uploaded artwork to Google Analytics. You can limit cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Uploaded artwork and order records are retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. We use access controls and secure connections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload files containing sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the print.

You may ask us to correct contact information or request deletion of information that we are not required to keep. Transactional order messages are necessary to complete and support an order; we do not use your order email to enroll you in unrelated marketing automatically.
