Your order is accepted after successful payment and may remain subject to file review. Prices, delivery charges and applicable sales tax are shown before payment. We may contact you if the selected size, quantity, delivery speed or submitted file cannot be produced as requested.

You confirm that you own the uploaded artwork or have permission to reproduce it. You are responsible for spelling, content, image quality and legal use of trademarks, copyrighted material and personal images. We may decline unlawful, harmful or technically unsuitable content.

Our human file check is intended to identify obvious sizing or resolution problems; it is not a full design, proofreading or color-proofing service. Production begins after payment and file approval. Colors can vary between screens and printed output.

Delivery windows are estimates and depend on timely payment, file approval, route capacity, weather, building access and customer-provided address information. This is a local delivery service with no walk-in storefront. Rush and after-hours service must be available for the specific order.

If we make an error, our responsibility is generally limited to reprinting the affected item or refunding the amount paid for it, as appropriate. We are not responsible for indirect losses caused by delays or customer-supplied errors to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
